Thom did an absolutely FANTASTIC job with our filthy rugs in the very busy walkway of the stairs. I was confident especially after he explained that all of their solutions are "Mother Approved" volatile organic chemical (VOC) compliant or "safe as soap". My kids have 4 paws so it was comforting to know the deep cleaning solution they use was safe enough for kids and pets to crawl on afterwards.
